Registration Process: Upon completing the registration form below, you will be sent an invoice for full payment of the $179 registration fee. Payment should be made by check, payable to GrantProse, Inc., and mailed to GrantProse, Inc. at 1201 Aversboro Sreet, Suite A, Garner, NC 27529. A purchase order on your organization's stationary and signed by the organization finance officer or business manager is also acceptable. Whether check or purchase order, these must be received in advance of attending the workshop.

Cancellation Policy: If payment is by check and you are unable to attend the workshop, the full $179 will be refunded so long as you notify GrantProse, Inc. of your cancellation one week in advance of the workshop. If your cancellation notice is received less than a week in advance, a partial refund of $90 will be made. There will be no refund for cancellations on the day of the workshop.
